Customer Success Manager


We are looking for a Customer Support Manager, to join our team in Berlin to take responsibility in guiding customers through their interactions with the Dryad Silvanet Solution.


  • Build trust and transparency with clients.

  • Provide first level support to clients.

  • Promote the value of the product through customer experience.

  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.

  • Establish, improve and monitor customer service checkpoints, together with business and technical teams.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Bachelor degree in a technology or communications related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in customer support / success management.

  • Ability to acquire high level understanding of technical aspects of the product across the hardware, embedded software and cloud domains.

  • Proven track record in delivering customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Business-savvy English.

  • Good computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, ideally Google Sheets / Google Docs).

DevOps Engineer


We are looking for a DevOps Engineer, to join our team in Berlin to work on current and future design + implementation of cloud based infrastructure to manage and monitor remotely deployed IoT sensors and network devices.


  • Manage deployment of well designed, efficient and optimal cloud infrastructure using industry standard best practices.

  • Ensure the delivery of reliable and secure software with a strong focus on continuous testing and adherence to devops security standards.

  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Participate in software architecture design and implementation

  • Take ownership of the infrastructure services in terms of new features, maintenance, and performance.

  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

  • Constant collaboration and communication with other developers / colleagues to ensure delivery of expected milestones.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Expertise and hands on experience with cloud infrastructure, with strong emphasis on deployments using 'infrastructure as code'.

  • Familiarity with Docker containerization and orchestration.

  • Proven experience in managing non trivial Kubernetes clusters with routing (reverse proxy, service mesh, ssl termination, load balancing), cloud provider (AWS) specific storage provisioning, secrets management and tooling (kustomize, k8s, or equivalent).

  • Familiarity with Terraform (or equivalent tools) for cloud provisioning.

  • Experience in maintaining CI / CD pipelines.

  • Programming experience in Python, Scala or Java.

  • Good understanding of how web application servers and other backend services  work including security, api, database management and best development practices.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, learn rapidly and master diverse backend technologies and techniques.

  • Ability to produce well-written technical documentation.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and understand technical requirements.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Kubernetes cluster backup, including storage and configuration.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent).

  • Experience in working with DevSecOps tooling both during the software development lifecycle and post deployment.

Technical Presales Engineer


We are looking for a Technical Presales Engineer, to join our team in Berlin to take responsibility for our technical sales process and support the sales team.


  • Working on deals assigned to the sales team to ensure a deal’s “technical close”.

  • Presentation of Dryad’s products and services to potential customers and reseller partners in online and offline meetings and on trade-shows

  • Providing the technical knowledge back-up for the sales team in customer interactions.

  • Coordinating with the technical team with regards to customization and integration requirements.

  • Answering RFP/RFQs and technical questions of potential customers in close collaboration with our international reseller partners.

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum three years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business, strategic customer segment or

  • A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable technical pre-sales role.

  • Technical background (software or hardware development experience).

  • Good understanding of IoT, cloud computing, embedded software and electronics.

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.

  • Business- and technical-savvy English.

  • PC proficiency.
